HOW DO I ORDER?
1. Select your product from our shop and add item to the cart.
2. Once ready to complete your order, head to the checkout page and fill in the information fields as requested.
3. Once payment has cleared in our account, your item will be shipped.
SHIPPING
Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing. If there is a delay for any reason I will keep you informed of the progress.
Please allow 10-14 business days for your item to arrive anywhere in Australia, and 3-4 weeks for international orders.
Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide. For an international order, please contact me for a shipping quote.
COVID-19
We are open and orders are being processed, please be patient with shipping times as Australia Post and our courier networks are experiencing delays. While we getting orders out as soon as possible we are unable to guarantee our usual shipping times. Thank you for your patience.

Custom orders are welcome, pricing for custom pieces will vary depending on what is involved in the piece.
Custom orders have an average turn around time of 2 weeks, but this will vary depending on complexity of the piece. To make an enquiry, please send me a message via the contact page here.
WHY DOES MY MY PRODUCT LOOK DARKER/LIGHTER/A DIFFERENT COLOUR TO THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE?
Colours may vary from one computer monitor to another. While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store, We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS?
Due to changes to the Creative Kids program by Create NSW in March 2022, Creative Kids vouchers can no longer be redeemed on our craft kits. We are currently developing new live online programs and timetables which we can accept vouchers for. More information on these programs will be announced once finalised.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Kate’s Creations Australia is based in Sydney, NSW Australia.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE/SHOPFRONT?
Not yet! For now, Kate’s Creations is entirely an online store at this stage. We are working with selected retailers to bring our products into physical retail outlets, please follow our social media channels to keep up to date with any announcements. WATCH THIS SPACE!
