Which Hogwarts House are you? How I became Slytherin…
In case you haven’t noticed already, I’m an avid reader and a madly crazed Harry Potter fan. I was one of the ‘first generation’ readers of the series, I was in the target age group when the first book was released. I read Harry Potter and The Philosophers Stone after my Aunt and Uncle sent it to my brother as a birthday gift one year. He wasn’t super into books at that point, so I pinched borrowed it and read it first.
Once I’d finished reading it, I harassed and badgered and harangued my dear brother until he read it too. I knew this was gonna be big. This was one special book that would get kids around the word into reading – I was right. My brother picked up that book, read it, and now he has a bigger collection of books than me!
Of course as soon as anyone reads about Hogwarts they start to wonder what house they would be. Brave Gryfindor, loyal Huffleouff, clever Ravenclaw or cunning Slytherin? I always thought I was Gryfindor when reading the books at first, with tendencies of Hufflepuff, but as the years went on and time develops character, turns out I’m actually Slytherin!

That’s right, I’m a proud Slytherin!! Even though I totally thought I was Gryffindor, my Pottermore quiz came out as Slytherin! Now you can only take the sorting quiz once on Pottermore, so When this happened, I I thought ha! I’ll beat the system, make a new account and redo the sorting quiz – I then came out as Gryffindor. Then I thought wait, trying to cheat is exactly what a Slytherin would do!! So ya, I’m a Slytherin… I think I’m really a mix of both Slytherin and Gryffindor, I’m not totally evil, And I do look good in emerald green!
